Hiring Rates and Conditions
Accommodation Rates (weekends two night minimum stay)
• Adults per person per night $70
• Secondary school kids per night $20
• Primary school kids per night $12
• Pre-schoolers Free

Party Rates
• A facility charge ONLY applies when EXTRA guests are invited
and don’t require accommodation at the Lodge.
• Under 50 guests $200
• Under 100 guests $300
• Over 100 guests $500
Plus GST
• A cool room service is available for hire from the Patchewollock
Community Centre (Ph: 5084 1242, $50 pick-up and $20 per day thereafter.
• Extra tables and chairs are available if required.
• Tablecloths can also be supplied.
• Decorations, if required, are the responsibility of the hirer.
• A late departure is granted to all guests till 12 noon.
Conference Rates
• Accommodation rates apply plus $100 PER DAY for Conference Room
use.

• Staff/adults day trip $20

Day Trippers (full use of Lodge facilities minus the bedrooms)
